Immaculate large sterling silver agricultural medal with Scottish Thistle decorated mount, hallmarked from Birmingham 1919/20 with the makers mark being that of William Adams Ltd.
Renfrewshire Agricultural Society Show 1920, Presented by the Dowager Lady Renshaw for the best pen of three blackfaced ewe hogs , won by Mr Andrew Fleming.
