Antique Scottish sterling silver serving spoon, hallmarked from Edinburgh in 1754, the makers mark partly rubbed of GF is documented at The Incorporation of Edinburgh as ‘possibly’ George Forbes so ever they are not 100% sure.
One very tint dink on bowl otherwise in splendid condition.
Measures 214mm in length and carries the assay masters mark of HG.
