Set of 6 833 grade silver Kiddush cups with base plate all contained within there original case.
The set will date to before 1947 before The State of Israel was formed, the plate/tray shows a map of Palestine with many cities shown on the map.
The 6 cups each show a different scene all connected with Judaism, the 6 scenes shown are The Wailing Wall, David’s Tower, Avhalons Hand, Cave of Mahpela, Temple’s Place, Rachel’s Tomb.
The case/box is in very poor condition and is missing its front section and back area is also very loose.
All 6 cups are in perfect condition and retain there gilt interiors, the base plate/tray has one miniscule dink to outer edge (very hard to spot) it also has some stubborn marks which may well need machine polishing to remove and put a better shine on it.
The plate/tray measures 127mm in diameter and each cup stands 38mm in height.
