Description
Victorian Silver Fruit Knife
Victorian silver fruit knife by Arthur Worral Staniforth with the mother of pearl handle decorated with fish, blade hallmarked from Sheffield in 1898.
Interestingly there is no cartouche on this knife but the actual mother of pearl has been engraved with owners initials which are MLC , also decorated with a fish to the reverse side of handle.
Handle is perfect, the blade however is uneven and has a dink to tip area.
When opened it measures 111mm in length and when closed measures 63mm.
