Top section rotates to show one of the card suits at a time or indeed the NO TRUMPS hand.
The top has came off the base at sometime in its life and has been soldered back on, a very good job and not instantly noticeable unless closely inspecting, as a result the top is not 100 in line, as in the window is slightly off of centre.
A good piece though which stands 88mm tall, measures 53mm across top section.
