Hallmarked from Birmingham in 1928 with the makers mark being that of William James Dingley.
Engraved to reverse, we are fairly certain this will be from a competition at The Ormeau Baths which was located in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
In excellent order and measures 28mm across.
