Description
Sterling Silver Mustard Pot
English antique sterling silver mustard pot of good size complete with blue glass liner, the hallmarks are quite worn, hallmarked from Newcastle in 1828, the makers mark of IW is either John Walton or John Wright but because the full shape of punch is indistinct we can not be sure which of these two makers it is.
The base internal rim which holds the liner in is coming away a bit, once liner is in there are no issues but as you can see this means the pot is far from perfect.
Small dink to the top of the handle.
In clean order and displays exceptionally well but can not be offered as being in anything other than worn condition.
Approx 100mm in length including the handle.
