It is hallmarked from Birmingham in 1913 with the makers mark being that of James Walter Tiptaft.
Cartouche engraved with I.P.L, the reverse engraved Runners Up E.Nicherson.
In excellent order and measures 34mm top to bottom excluding the additional suspension loop.
