English antique sterling silver two part nurses belt buckle set with amethyst stones, hallmarked from Chester in 1900 with the makers mark being that of E J Trevitt & Sons.
In excellent order, slight difference in amethyst colour between the two stones but both original to the buckle.
Measures 98x60mm.
