Hallmarked from Birmingham in 1989 with the makers mark being that of William Manton.
In immaculate order, the 2 blades and the spike all remain tight all suggesting little or no use.
Blades and aerator spike are stainless steel.
With both blades opened it measures 164mm, when closed it measures 80mm.
