Solid sterling silver Victorian decanter label with pierced work W for whisky to centre, hallmarked from London in 1849 with the makers mark being that of John Samuel Hunt who was the nephew of Paul Storr and were in partnership with each other, loads can be read by googling them.
Its in first class condition with good clean hallmarks and of considerable gauge silver.
Measures 57x40mm.
A very desireable piece by a maker of considerable note.
