Huge antique silver soup ladle which we have not at all been able to trace, as in we do not know maker and from that we can not determine the actual origin, what we have been told but have no proof to say this is a fact is that it could either be French Colonial or even Channel Islands.
It is struck only with the makers mark 3 times which is a star above the letter G and another letter that is hard to determine.
It is a huge ladle, measuring just short of 15 1/4 inches with the bowl measuring 97mm across.
The bowl has some dinks and marks on it and one small hairline of the edge rim.
