A quite magnificent late Victorian Masonic Vesta case, hallmarked from Birmingham 1899-1900.
In remarkable condition and with just the merest of loss to the gilt interior of lid, otherwise you are looking at a perfect and clean example .
The bright cut decoration of the Masonic symbols remains crisp and clear.
Engraved with ‘ W Sinclair Leven St.John No 170’.
No damage or repairs and it measures 47x45mm.
Can easily be described as being in ‘Museum Condition’.
