Victorian hallmarked sterling silver folding fork with mother of pearl handle, hallmarked from Sheffield in 1865 with the makers mark being that of John Yeomans Cowlishaw.
In super condition but for a small dark spot of one of the raised decorative edge parts of handle which under close inspection has a small hairline and the dark areas does look like a burn.
No spring back of fork from handle when its closed.
Measures 140mm when opened and 83mm when closed.
