Excellent condition Scottish Provincial silver toddy ladle by Alexander Stewart c.1810, terminal engraved with the letter D.
Its well documented this mark of A.S and the ear of wheat mark used by Stewart could either be from Tain or Inverness.
A nice example with good marks and it measures 159mm in length with the bowl measuring 42mm across.
