Scottish Provincial silver teaspoon, marked with 8pointed star,thistle,8 pointed star, RN, this mark has always been thought to be from Leith but no one is 100% sure of this one.
In excellent order albeit marks are a little less crisp than they once would have been, letter W or M engraved to terminal.
