Pair of antique English sterling silver bottle wine coasters with wooden base areas, hallmarked from Sheffield in 1814 with the makers mark being that of John & Thomas Settle(makers mark rubbed but enough left to see the maker).
Small splits on wooden base of one but perfectly stable with no movement, small minor dinks are evident to the base border area, neither unsightly or drastic.
The central discs have been monogramed.
They each measure 180mm across and stand 45mm tall.
