Large English antique sterling silver drum mustard pot, complete with blue glass liner.
Hallmarked from London in 1833 with the makers mark being that of Robert Hennell II.
Family crest to the lid’s top which we have not researched, quite rubbed from polishing.
Has a repair patch very well done at the top area of handle, more evident from the inside but can also be seen from the outside, A fair amount of firestain can be seen on the pot mainly concentrated around the base area but on the actual main area of the pot, several small bruises but these are the type that requires it moved around in the light to pick up (these are minor).
Very clean order and very little movement on the hinge.
Measures 73mm across the top rim,63mm across the bottom rim and stands 68mm tall at the highest point.
