Irish antique sterling silver basting spoon, hallmarked from Dublin in 1783, the makers mark of IK is most probably that of James Kennedy.
In very good order, it does have one very tiny pinhead dink on the bowl, this really needs to be moved around in the light to pick up on, very very minor and hard to find.
