English Antique Large Sterling Silver Salver
English antique large sterling silver salver which sits on four ball and claw feet, hallmarked from London in 1775 with the makers mark being that of John Scofield.
Free from engravings , it has 2 small pinhead sized dinks, the type you have to keep moving around in the light to find them (very very minor), light scuffs to surface(again minor) from normal useage.
A very good piece with very well preserved, nicely struck hallmarks.
It measures 384mm in diameter (just over 15 inches).
