English antique sterling silver snuff box with a tartan effect design and presentation engraving.
Hallmarked from Birmingham in 1839 with the makers mark being that of Francis Clark.
The box lid’s engraving shows it was presented to Revd R Williamson.
Also included are the notes than someone has written which were in the box when we acquired it and these will be included.
Some loss of gilt to the internal base area, no dinks or damage.
