Hallmarked from Birmingham in 1891 with the makers mark being that of Hilliard & Thomason, the hallmarks are very difficult to make out, one bowl with partial marks the other with full marks, no wear on the tongs so I would guess these were quite poorly struck in the first place.
They measure 102mm in length.
