English antique sterling silver snuff box with a tortoiseshell base, hallmarked from London in 1791 with the makers mark being that of Thomas Phipps & Edward Robinson.
It carries a family crest to the lid which we have not researched as well as a monogram.
Very nice order with just one small dink/bruise on the lid which you need to move around in the light to pick up on.
