Hallmarked from London in 1894, the makers mark is James Ramsay of Dundee in Scotland.
Very attractive foliage decoration and good clear hallmarks.
One cartouche is blank the other is engraved with the number 2 which would mean it is at least part of a set of two or more.
Good order and measures 42x37x28mm.
