Large English antique top quality sterling silver gilt tabletop snuff box by Nathaniel Mills, hallmarked from Birmingham in 1835.
The plain area of the lid and the rectangular band to base which would be the part that sits on the table has not been gilt finished, the rest of the box inside and out is finished in a lavish gold gilt finish.
Of the very highest quality and is free from any damage or repairs.
It measures 83x54x28mm.
