The whistle is working perfectly.
The hallmarks are a little faded but we can still make out all the information, hallmarked from Birmingham in 1882 with the makers mark being that of Hilliard & Thomason.
Two small pinhead dinks, these are very very minor and you will have to really look to find them.
Measures 51mm in length.
