English antique sterling silver basting spoon, hallmarked from London in 1798.
The makers mark we can only see the second letter which is a B, so not able to determine the maker.
A few small dinks to the bowl and an area opposite the tip of bowl that has a patch of greyish black spots which will require a more in-depth polish to remove.
