English antique sterling silver folding fruit knife with a decorative mother of pearl handle.
Hallmarked from Sheffield in 1825 with the makers mark being that of Joseph Rodgers & Son.
Monogram engraved to the reverse side of the blade.
Two or three very minor fleabites on the mother of pearl on the edge at the spine, these are very very minor, minimal spring-back of blade in the closed position.
Another good quality knife which measures 158mm when opened and 86mm when closed.
