English antique sterling silver folding fruit knife with a nice decorative mother of pearl handle.
Hallmarked from Sheffield in 1850 with the makers mark being that of John Oxley.
Slight loss of tension between half opened and closing and slight spring back of blade when closed (minor), there is a small hairline on each side of the handle, annoying as this is it is still a very nice knife .
When opened it measures 142mm and when closed measures 80mm,
