Antique Silver Folding Fruit Knife, John Nowill, Sheffield 1838
Hallmarked from Sheffield in 1838 with the makers mark being that of John Nowill.
Good knife with good clean blade which remains tight and open and closes perfectly, one small nibble on mother of pearl and a very faint hairline which was only visable with the aid of magnification.
When closed it measures 70mm and 125mm when opened.
