Six immaculate condition sterling silver A.R.P badges.
These were first issued in 1937, there are two from 1937, the date letter (A) would suggest 1936/37 but these two can only be between January and May of 1937.
Two are date letter (A) for 1937, two are date letter () for 1938/39 and two are date letter (D) for 1939/40
They are all made by the Royal Mint, two with the mark RJ and four with JC.
RJ is the Initials are those of Sir Robert Arthur Johnson, Deputy Master and Comptroller of the Royal Mint from 1922 to 1938.
JC is the Initials are those of Sir John Herbert McCutcheon Craig, Deputy Master and Comptroller of the Royal Mint from 1938.
