Set of 19 Scottish sterling silver kilt jacket buttons with Scottish Thistle decoration.
All 19 are hallmarked from Edinburgh in 1953 with the makers mark being that of Hamilton & Inches.
There are five larger ones for the front of the jacket, the 14 smaller ones would be used for cuffs/pockets or even on waist area of the jacket.
All in excellent order, and it is seldom you see a set as large in sterling silver.
Largest are 17mm along each side, the smaller ones are 12mm along each side.
