Set of 12 Scottish antique sterling silver coffee spoons and sugar tongs, all contained within their original fitted case.
All 13 pieces being hallmarked from Edinburgh in 1912 with the makers mark being that of Hamilton & Inches, the case interior also marked Hamilton & Inches so they would have also retailed the set.
Super quality set in excellent order and of a good gauge silver.
The case is complete but shows minor external wear.
The case lid has a silver presentation plaque which reads “To Miss Jane Bruce, from Mr & Mrs Younger of Benmore in gratitude for the years devoted by her to the welfare of Strathechaig Jan 1917”.
Each spoon measures 100mm in length.
